This color scheme on copper has been the most versatile lure that I have ever used! It catches trout, bass, crappie, bluegill, red ear, and even catfish! It performs well in all kinds of water, whether clear or silty or loaded with algae. Once engaged, the double hook does not let fish get away, as I have found with larger, triple hooks. The biggest fish I have ever landed have been caught on this lure color and size.
